County of Alachua} On this day personally appeared before me John
A. Goodson & Mrs M.A. Goodson to me well known as the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance and
acknowledged that they executed the same for the purpose therein
expressed. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and

            This Indenture made this 29th day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
Four Between James D. George and his wife Mrs. Mittie George
of the County and State a foresaid of the first part and John E.
Robinson of the County and State aforesaid party of the second
part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs and assigns forever All that
certain Lot Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in
the Town of Archer County of Alachua and State of Florida and described as
follows The South half of Lots 4 & 5 Block 20 running Thirty
seven and a half feet North and South. Sixty six=and Two
Thirds feet East and west. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate right title interest property possession claim and
