         This Indenture made this Ninth day of April in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty Four by and between Julia Moore Nourse and
her husband Edward M. Nourse of the City of Washington
in the District of Columbia of the first part and Thomas
J. Myers of the same place of the second part Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of Six hundred Dollars in lawful money of the
United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the
Second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and
conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell
alien enfeoff release and Convey unto the said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida known
