the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Six Hundred and seventy five ($67500) Dollars to it this day paid at and before
the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents
grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto her the said party of the 
second part and to her heirs and assigns forever all those lots tracts
or parcels of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida and specially known distinguished and
described as follows to wit The West half (1/2) of the South East 
quarter (1/4) of the South East (1/4) quarter of the North west quarter (1/4)
except fifty feet (50 ft) in width along the South boundary
line of said Lot which exception shall be for the Public use as
a Street forever also the West half (1/3) of the North West quarter
(1/4) of the South East quarter (1/4) of the South West quarter (1/4) Except
twenty (20) feet in width along the North boundary line and
twenty (20) feet along the West boundary line of said Lot which
exceptions shall be for the Public use as a street forever of Section
three (3) Township Ten (10) South of Range twenty (20) East. And
further known and described as lots number Forty seven (47) and
ninety two (92) of the said Alachua Improvement Company's subdivision
of said Section three (3) Township ten (10) south of Range twenty (20)
East and containing by estimated ten (10) acres more or less.
Also Lots one (1) and two (2) of Block fourteen (14) Lots eight 
(8) nine (9) thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) of Block twenty one (21)
Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) of Block thirty one (31) as shown on
a map or plat of the town of "New Gainesville" Alachua 
County Florida filed for record by the said Alachua Improvement
Company with the Circuit Clerk of the said County during 
the month of January 1885. Together with all and singular the
rights tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have
and to hold the above bargained and described premises unto
Louise E. Lambeth the said party of the second part and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
absolute and the same party of the first part for itself and its
successors and lawful representatives do hereby warrant and will
forever defend this title to the said party of the second part and
to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof the said party
of the first part by its duly and legally authorized President 
R.L. Robb hath hereunto signed its corporate name and attached
its corporate Seal on the day and year first above written
