anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the above bargained 
and described premises unto S.B. Morrison the said party of 
the Second part and to his heirs executors administrators 
and assigns forever in fee simple absolute, and the said 
party of the first part for itself and its successors and
lawful representatives doth hereby warrant and will forever 
defend the title to the said party of the second part and to 
his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the 
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons now claiming 
or hereafter to claim the same. In Testimony Whereof the 
said party of the first part by its duly and legally authorized 
President R.L. Robb hath hereunto signed its corporate name 
and attached its corporate seal on the day and year
