bargained sold conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part all of a certain tract parcel or lot of land situate lying and being
in the town of Hague County of Alachua and State of Florida and
Known and described as Lots number three and four in Block number
thirteen in the town of Hague in said County and State said lots being
bounded on the North by the right of way of the Savannah Florida and Western
railway on the East by the lands of I.L. Morgan on the South by Conant
Street and on the west by the lands of A. Hague Sr Together with all
and singular the rights rents issues hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to
hold the above mentioned premises unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever and, the said parties of the first part
do by these bind themselves their heirs Executors and administrators to
warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against themselves all
persons whomsoever claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof

Annie Mills to me well Known as the wife of A.J. Mills who
executed foregoing deed of conveyance did this day appear before me and
upon being privately separately and apart from her said husband
examined by me did declare that she executed the foregoing deed of
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing all right title interest dower
and right of dower in on to said described premises and, that she
did the same freely and voluntarily without any fear or compulsion
of or from her said husband In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this the 21st day of March AD 1885
