wife of Samuel B. Thompson one of the grantors in the foregoing deed of Conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did make
herself a party to and did sign the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the
purpose of releasing renouncing and relinquishing all of her right of dower
in and to the land said deed described and conveyed and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.

wife of E.C.F. Sanchez she being one of the grantors in the foregoing
deed of Conveyance who being first duly examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did make herself a party to and did sign seal execute and
deliver the foregoing deed of Conveyance as one of the grantors
therein for the purpose of Conveying her separate estate and
property in the lands therein described and that she signed
sealed executed and delivered the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband
