   State of Florida}  Know all Men by these presents that I Robert
   Alachua County  }  O'Conner this day the fourteenth of March AD
one thousand Eighteen hundred and sixty Six for and in consideration
of the sum of Five Hundred and Sixty dollars paid by John W. Price of the
County of Alachua State of Florida hath granted bargained and sold and
doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John W. Price
his heirs and assigns forever the following described land to wit North half
of the North East Quarter of Section No (15) Fifteen in Township No (10) Ten
S of Range No (22) Twenty Two E. Containing Eighty acres and two
hundredths and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida To
have and to hold unto the said John W. Price and his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple. In Testimony whereof I have this day set my hand
and seal March 14th- 1866

Andrew Ormand signed the same as witnesses.
