            This Indenture made the Twelfth day of December Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty two Between George R. Fairbanks and
Susan B. Fairbanks his wife of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and
State of Florida parties of the first part and Jane Fletcher of the ___ County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of
one hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the
