Fairbanks to me well known as the wife of George R. Fairbanks and as

who being at the time separate and apart from her husband the said George

                This Indenture made and entered into on 
this 6 day of June AD 1885 by and between the Alachua Improvement 
Company a Corporation duly and legally organized under and 
by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida party of the first part 
and Myron B. French of the County of Dane State of Wisconsin
party of the Second part Witnesseth That the said party of 
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred 
Dollars to it this day paid at and before the sealing and 
delivery hereof the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged 
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these 
presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto him the 
said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
