forever all those lots tracts or parcels of land situated lying and 
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and Specially 
known distinguished and described as follows to wit:* out lots Nos
Eleven (11) and (12) Twelve in the Alachua Improvement Companies 
Subdivision of Sec (3) Three Township (10) Ten S of Range (20) Twenty 
East reserving Streets according to plat of New Gainesville
and containing Ten acres more or less Together with all and singular the rights 
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise 
appertaining To have and to hold the above bargained and described premises unto 
Myron B. French the said party of the second part and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever in fee simple absolute and the said 
party of the first part for itself and its successors and lawful representatives 
doth hereby warrant and will forever defend the title to the said party of the 
second part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the 
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons now claiming or hereafter 
to claim the same. In Testimony Whereof the said party of the first part 
by its duly and legally authorized President R.L. Robb hath hereunto signed 
its corporate name and attached its corporate seal on the day and Year
first above written
