Mrs M.M. Cellon   }
                   Whereas heretofore on the 9th day of February
AD 1882 Mrs Mary E. Shuford (now deceased) for and in consideration
of the sum of one Dollar made and executed a deed to Mrs
Murry M. Cellon which said deed is recorded in the Clerks
office of Alachua County Florida in Deed Book "N" at pages
257 and 258 on the 23rd day of March 1883 to which reference
being had will more fully appear and whereas a Clerical
error is now discovered in said deed in so for as the omission
of the Number of the Section in which said land is located
and whereas said error was not discovered until after the
decease of said Grantor and whereas this instrument
is intended as a correction the said erroneous deed and to
that extent only Now therefore Know all men by these
presents that I A.J. DaCosta as Executor of the last will
and Testament of the said Mrs Mary A. Shuford deceased
of the County and State of aforesaid for and in Consideration
of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to me in hand
paid by Mrs Murray A. Cellon of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said Mrs Murry M.
Cellon all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of Land lying
and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit: The N1/2 of the NE1/4
and the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 and all that part of the lot
numbered one lying North of the Black Creek Road Running
East from Newnansville all in section Five Township Eight
Range Nineteen S & E. Also Lots 2&3 B3 R2 and S1/2 of Lot 5
B 3 R 2 in the Town of Newnansville Containing one
Hundred and Fifty acres of Land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
