to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the
same unto her the said Mrs Murray M. Cellon and to her heirs executors 
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said A.J. Da
Costs as executor as aforesaid do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Mrs Mrs Murray M. Cellon that I have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same and that I will as such
executor forever defend the same unto the said Mrs Murray M. Cellon
her heirs or assigns against the lawful Claim of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

                This Indenture made this Ninth day of January AD
1885 Between Ella Hawthorn and her husband Samuel L. Hawthorn
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and
Mrs F.B. Hawthorn of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Four hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and
transferred and by these presents do bargain sell and transfer unto
the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County
