of Alachua and State of Florida and more particularly described as
follows Lot Two (2) in Block Thir two (32) cornering on George and
Dawkins Streets in the Town of Hawthorn and containing one fourth
of an acre more or less Together with all the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances with every privilege right title interest dower and
right of dower reversion remainder and easements thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same in fee simple
forever and the said parties of the first part do covenant with the
said party of the second part that are lawfully seized of said premises
and that they are free of all incumbrance and that they good right and
lawful authority to sell the same and that they will warrant and
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons.
In Witness Whereto that said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above

Peace personally appeared Mrs Ella Hawthorn and Samuel L
Hawthorn her husband who severally acknowledged that
they executed the foregoing deed for the purpose therein expressed
and I further certify that the said Mrs Ella Hawthorn at an
examination separate and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
and joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing all dower
or right of dower in and to the premises described therein and
that the relinquishment of dower was made freely and voluntarily
and without any fear or constraint from her said husband
