and singular the rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining which said Bond for
Title was duly recorded upon the record of deeds of Alachua County
Florida in Deed Book "U" at pages 159, 160 & 161 and I do hereby relinquish
release and forever quitclaim to the said E.B. Simon all right title
claim and demand of every character whatsoever by virtue of said Bond
acquired by me and acknowledge the forfeiture thereof and thereby
and the Surrender to me by the said E.B. Simon of all my notes
