seized in fee of the property hereby conveyed and that they have good and
lawful right to see and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they will and their heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs executors and administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming and hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals the day and year first above written

foregoing deed of conveyance who acknowledged in my presence that she
executed the said deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth and the said
Mrs M.E. Adams upon being examined by me separate and apart from her
husband says and acknowledges that she signed and sealed the said deed of
conveying away her separate property freely and voluntarily and without
and compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
