          Know all men by these Presents That I Jacob M.
DaCosta of the City of Philadelphia State of Pennsylvania physician
have made constituted and appointed and by these Presents do make constitute
and appoint S.F. Halliday of Gainesville State of Florida my true and
lawful attorney for me and in my name place and stead to take all
necessary and proper action to prevent any unlawful trespass on any
lands whenever situate in the State of Florida which I may own or to or
in which I am in any manner untitled or interested and to demand
and collect all rents now due or hereafter to become sue from any and
all persons who may be living on or who shall hereafter shall live on said
lands or any part thereof giving and granting unto my said attorney
full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
do if personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue hereof. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
