          State of Florida }
           Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
we Martha P. Perry and Sarah J. Perry of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration that M.S. Perry (now deceased) did on the
18th day of November AD 1854 make and execute a deed of trust to Jno
R. Zetrouer Jno D. Hennis J.M. Croxton Samuel Lowman Moses frymouth
Geo Leitner W.W. Geiger and Jas A. Stewart of the county of Alachua in the
State of Florida to the following Lot of land known as the Oak Ridge Cemetery
situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and
being part of Lot No 5 of Moses E. Levy's twenty thousand acre
Grant within the Arredondo Grant more particularly described as
follows to wit" Beginning at a Post oak corner in the NW corner
thence East 3° North twenty poles to a lightwood stake near the
Black Creek road thence south 3° East Twenty four poles to a Post
oak thence West 3° South twenty poles to a stake thence North
3° West twenty four poles to place of beginning containing by
estimation (3) three acres of land to be uses as a public burying
ground and for other purposes as will more fully appear by reference
to the above mentioned Deed of Trust and whereas the above metioned
deed has been put upon record in the County Clerks office of
Alachua in consideration of one Dollar to us in hand paid by
J.M. Croxton Moses Fryermouth and Albert T. Zetrouer the legal
representative of Jno R. Zetrouer deceased) have granted bargained and
forever quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain and
forever quit claim unto the said J.M. Croxton Moses Frymouth
and Albert T. Zetrouer of the county of Alachua and State of
Florida and to their legal representatives forever all and singular
the foregoing described lot parcel of land with the tenements and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto them the said J.M. Croxton Moses
Freymouth and Albert T. Zetrouer and their legal representatives
forever for the purpose use and benefit as declared and contained
in the aforesaid deed of M.S. Perry to Jno R. Zetrouer et al
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hand and affixed
our seal on this 1st day of June AD 1885
