City of Chicago   } I, Philip A. Hayne a Commissioner duly appointed
and authorized by the Executive authority of the State of Florida under the laws
of Said State of Florida to take within the State of Illinois, proofs and
acknowledgements of deeds &c to be used and recorded in said State of Florida
do hereby Certify unto all whom it may concern, That Genevieve Tomlinson
to me well known as the wife of Everett S. Tomlinson and as one of the
persons described in and who executed the within Deed of Conveyance did
this day to me on a private examination made separately and apart
from her said husband acknowledge and declare that she made
herself a party to, and executed the same, for the purpose of renoun
cing and relinquishing all and every dower and right of Dower in and
to the lands in said Deed of Conveyance described, and that the same
was done by her freely and voluntarily and without any Constraint appre
hension or fear of or from her said husband the said Everett S. Tomlinson
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Offi
Cial Seal at the City of Chicago aforesaid this Sixth day of November in
the Year AD Eighteen Hundred and Eighty five (1885)
