This Indenture made this 29th day of
June AD 1885 Between Arch Hague Jr and Harriet R.
Hague his wife of the first part and P.H. Young of the
second part all of the state and county aforesaid Witnesseth
that whereas on the 13th day of April AD 1867 the tract of
land herein described was conveyed by deed of Peter O'Neal and
Elizabeth his wife to the said A. Hague Jr and whereas the said
A. Hague Jr did on the 11th day of February AD 1881 bargain and
sell the said tract of land to one Albert Clark and did on
that day make execute and deliver to the said Clark the
identical tract of land herein described but which deed through
mistake did improperly incorrectly and erroniously describe
the said tract of land as being the South East Quarter of the
North West Quarter, instead of the South East Quarter of the
North East Quarter of Sec 22 T8.S. R 19 E. And whereas the
said Albert Clark has since sold and conveyed the tract of land
herein described and conveyed to the said P.H. Young, the said
party of the second part herein described and conveyed to the
said P.H. Young the said party of the second part herein. Now
therefore for the purpose of correcting the aforesaid error and of
perfecting in the said party of the second part a good sufficient
and indefeasible title to the tract of land herein after described
and conveyed and for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar paid by the said party of the second part to the said
parties of the first part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged the said parties of the first part have granted |
