bargained sold conveyed released and Quit Claimed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell convey release and quit claim
unto the said party of the second part all that certain lot tract piece
or parcel of land lying and being situate in the aforesaid State
and county and particularly described as follows to wit: the South
East Quarter of the North East Quarter of section Twenty two (22)
in Township Eight (8) South Range Nineteen (19) East containing
Forty 53/100 acres of land more or less. To Have and to Hold unto him
the said party of the second part and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever in fee simple absolute Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining as well as all the right title
interest claim and demand of whatsoever nature or Kind Whether
at law or in equity which the said parties of the first part have
or ever had in or to the property herein and hereby described and conveyed

June AD 1885 before me personally came Mrs. Harriet R. Hague
the wife of A. Hague Jr. the grantor in the foregoing deed of
conveyance who being by me duly questioned and examined
separate and apart from her husband says and acknowledges
in my presence that she made herself a party to the said deed
for the purpose of conveying to the grantee therein named all her
right of dower in and to the property in said deed described and
conveyed and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
