This is to certify that we Ransom D. Trickey and Nellie H. Trickey
(his wife) and Davis F. Ferguson And Etta H. Ferguson (his wife) and our
heirs executors administrators shall and will do agree to give and
permit privilege of Domicile to Horace B. Heath during his natural
life in house and buildings located as per Deed given by him to
Ransom D. Trickey and Davis L. Ferguson

                   This Indenture made and entered into this
24 day of June in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred
and eighty five between James M. Dell and Mary N. Dell his
wife of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the first part
and the Florida Southern Railway Company of the State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that the said part of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents grant bargain sell alien
