                This Indenture made this Thirtieth day of March 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty five
by and between Charles A. McEwen and Olivia C. McEwen his
wife of the City of Washington and District of Columbia of the first
part and William F. Geyer of the City of Washington and District
of Columbia of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar and exchange of other property in lawful money of the
United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyed and do by these
presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and convey
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
forever all those several tracts of land situate and lying in
Alachua County State of Florida being known and described
as follows the South East quarter of the South East quarter
of Section Nineteen (19) Township Eleven (11) South Range
Eighteen (18) East. Also the South half of the North East
quarter of the South East quarter of the Section Nineteen (19)
Township Eleven (11) South Range Eighteen (18) East. Also the 
West half of lot two (2) and the West half of lot five (5)
and the East half of lot three (3) in Section twenty seven
(27) Township Eleven (11) South Range Eighteen (18) East
containing Sixty acres more or less. Also all that tract of
land contained within the metes and bounds following
Beginning at a point where the two half mile lines cross in
the centre of Section twenty two (22) Township Ten (10) South
Range Seventeen (17) East and running thence South Three
hundred and ninety six feet Thence Thence East thirteen
hundred and twenty (1320) feet Thence North three hundred
and ninety six feet, Thence West Thirteen hundred and
twenty (1320) feet to the point of beginning containing
by estimation Twelve (12) acres more or less. Free clear
and discharged of all encumbrances whatsoever Together
with all the improvements ways easements rights privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the remainders reversions rents issues
and profits thereof; and all the estate right title interest
