aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
transfer alien and convey unto her the said Anne J. Carlislie the
following described property to wit: Block Three Range Twenty and
Block Five Range Five of the town of Orangeburg according
to a plat of the survey of the same duly recorded in deed Book
"J" at pages 230 & 231 public records of Alachua County
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto her the said Anne J. Carlisle
and to her heirs and assigns forever as fully as I said Sheriff
am lawfully authorized and empowered to do. In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand affixed my seal this 6th day
of July AD 1885
