claim and demand either at law or in equity or otherwise
however of the said parties of the first part of in to or out of the
said pieces or parcels of Ground and premises, "To Have and To"
Hold the said pieces or parcels of ground and premises and
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to his and their sole use benefit and behoof
forever. And the said Charles A McEwen and Olivia C
McEwen his wife for themselves and their heirs executors
and administrators hereby covenant promise and
agree to and with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first
part and, their, heirs shall and will warrant and forever
defend the said pieces or parcels of Ground and premises and
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns from and against the claims of all persons
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by from
under or through them or either of them and further that
they the said parties of the first part and their heirs
shall and will at any and at all times hereafter upon the
request and at the cost of the said party of the second
part his heirs or assigns make and execute all such
other deed or deeds or other assurances in law for the more
certain and effectual conveyance of the said pieces or
parcels of ground and premises and appurtenances 
unto the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns
as the said party of the second part his heirs or
assigns or his or, their counsel learned in the law shall
advise devise or require. In Testimony Whereof the said
