County of        } To Al whom it may concern Be it Known that on
this (3) Third day of July AD 1885 personally appeared before me Marther
D. McDonell of the State of Florida the above named to me well Known
as the wife of James D. MacDonell and as one of the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance who being at the
time separate and apart from her husband the said Marther D.
McDonell did then and there make and execute the foregoing
acknowledgment her name being with her own hand subscribed
and her seal affixed in my presence. Witness my hand and
seal at Jax Florida the day and year above written

          This Indenture made this Sixth day of July
AD Eighteen Hundred & Eighty Five (1885) by Oscar A. Myers as
Commissioner under authority of Appointment by the Hon Judge
of the Alachua County Court State of Florida of the first
part and Anne T. Carlisle of Alachua County Florida of the
second part Witnesseth, That whereas by Virtue of an order of
the Hon J.C. Gardner Judge of said County Court the said
party of the first part as Commissioner was appointed and
authorized to sell the following property being part of the Estate of
J.J. Montgomery deceased to wit One Hundred and five feet by two
hundred and ten feet lying on the East side of Johnston Street in
