       Alachua County   } Whereas by virtue of an execution issued
out of the Circuit Court of Alachua County Florida and to me directed
wherein Edward M. L'Engle of Jacksonville Florida is plaintiff and Henry
Elliot and Edwin W. L'Engle lately partners doing business in the City of
Gainesville in said County and State are defendants I Samuel C. Tucker as
Sheriff of said Alachua County did levy upon and advertise to be sold
according to law on Monday the sixth day of July AD 1885 the property
herein after mentioned and did on said day sell the said property
at public outcry before the Court House door in the City of Gainesville
in said Alachua County one parcel at a time And whereas at said sale
Edward M. L'Engle of Jacksonville Florida became the purchaser of each
of the said several parcels of property being the lands hereinafter described
at and for the aggregate sum of Eight hundred and Sixty seven dollars
that being the highest sum bid there for and he being the bidder thereof
Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I the said Samuel
C. Tucker as Sheriff aforesaid by virtue of the premises and in consideration
