Statutory Grant from the United States and that the party
of the first part as Trustee as aforesaid hath full right and
power to convey all the estate right title claim interest and demand
of in and to the above described lands which the said Peninsular
Rail road Company acquired therein by virtue of said Grant and that
neither the said Peninsular Railroad Company nor the said party
of the first part as Trustee have done or omitted to do any act
or thing whereby or by reason of which the estate thereto so acquired
by said Rail Road Company has become impaired or in anywise
diminished or encumbered. In Testimony whereof the said party
of the first part has hereunto subscribed his name and set his seal
