District aforesaid the said Charles A McEwen and Olivia
C McEwen bring personally well known to me to be the persons
who executed the said deed and acknowledged the same
to be their act and deed; and the said Olivia C McEwen
being by me examined freely and apart from her husband
and having the deed aforesaid fully explained to her
acknowledged the same to be her act and deed and declared
that She had willingly signed sealed and delivered the
same and that she wished not to retract it.

              This Indenture made this Eleventh day of
April in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred
and eighty five by and between Charles A McEwen and Olivia
C McEwen his wife of the City of Washington in the District of
Columbia of the first part and William F Geyer of said
City and District of the second part Witnesseth That the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of one Dollar and exchange of other property in lawful money
of the United States of them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyed and do
by these presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release
and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever all those certain pieces or parcels of
land Situate and lying in Alachua County State of Florida
being Known designated and described as follows. The
Western half (W1/2) of Lot numbered Three (3) and the Western
half (W1/2) of lot numbered Four (4) and all of Lot numbered Eight (8)
