        State of Florida} Whereas under and by virtue of a Decree
        Alachua County  } of Foreclosure issued out of the Circuit
Court for the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Alachua County, in favor
of William L. Lindsay and against Wm M. Knox and wife for the sum of
Six hundred and Twenty Two and 10/100 Dollars and Whereas I Samuel C. Tucker
as Sheriff of Alachua County the lands hereinafter described and after due
publication and in the manner prescribed by law exposed said land for sale and
whereas Wm J. Lindsay because the highest and best bidder therefor therefor Know
all men by these presents that I Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff as aforesaid for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Four hundred dollars to me in hand paid by said
Wm J. Lindsay the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien and convey unto said Wm J. Lindsay his heirs and assigns
the following real estate lying and being in Alachua County Florida to wit
in the Town of Micanopy as lots Thirty five in Block Eight, Lots
Thirty Seven Thirty Eight and Thirty nine in Block Nine according
to Survey of Stoughton property for Barnett J. Knox recorded in Deed Book
"O" at page 433 all of said land lying and being in Section Twenty Six
Township 11 S Range Twenty E containing four acres of land more or less
To have and to hold the same unto him the said Wm J. Lindsay his
heirs and assigns forever with the rights tenements hereditaments
& appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
in In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal
this the 7th day of July AD 1885
