part his heirs or assigns make and execute all such other deed or deeds
or other assurances in law for the more certain and effectual conveyance
of the said pieces or parcels of ground and premises and appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns as the

annexed personally appeared before me in the District aforesaid the
said Charles A. McEven and Olivia C. McEven his wife
being personally well Known to me to be the persons who executed
the said deed and acknowledged the same to be their act and deed
and the said Olivia C. McEven wife of Charles A. McEven aforesaid
being by me examined privily and apart from her husband and having
the Deed aforesaid fully explained to her acknowledged the same
to be her act and deed and declared that She had willingly
