Twenty eight in township ten Range Eighteen East of Tallahassee
Meridian in Florida containing forty acres and Eight hundredths of an
acre according to the official plat of the survey of the said 
Land returned to the General Land office by the surveyor General
Now know ye, that there is therefore granted by the United States 
unto the said George Jones the tract of Land above described 
To Have and to Hold the said tract of land with the appurtenan
ces thereof unto the said George Jones and to his heirs and 
assigns forever. In Testimony whereof I Chester A. Arthur
President of the United States of America have caused these letters 
to be made patent and the seal of the General Land office to be hereunto 
affixed Given under my hand at the City of Washington the 
twentieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight 
hundred and Eighty three and of the Independance of the 
United States the one hundred and seventh

Know all men by these presents that we William Flake
Charles A. Sheldon & J.B. Brown are held and firmly bound unto E.A.
Perry Governor of the State of Florida or his successors in office
in the full sum of Five Hundred dollars for the payment of
which well and truly to be made we do hereby bind ourselves our
heirs executors and administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by
these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this ___ day of
July 1885 The Condition of the above obligation is such, That
whereas the above bounded William Flake was on the 7th day of July AD
1885 duly appointed Auctioneer for the County of Alachua in said
State. Now if the said William Flake shall well and truly
perform all the duties of said office as prescribed by law then this
obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue
