           The Grantors George A. Youngs and his wife Fannie A.
Youngs of Alachua County Florida in consideration of Three Hundred
Dollars paid being seized in fee simple hereby Grant bargain sell
and convey with the general Covenants of Warranty unto Mary A. Mathers
her heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold in fee simple
the following described Real Estate in Alachua County Fla
to wit: commencing at the South West corner of the piece of land
sold to A.H. Mathers by Dr James Woolard in Section twenty five (25)
Township (11) S of Range Twenty (20) E and running thence North
five hundred and twenty five feet to Stake thence East parallel with
the road dividing the lands of A.H. Mathers and J.W. Carter three
hundred and five feet to a Stake thence south five hundred and
twenty five feet to fence on road thence West three hundred and
five feet to point of Beginning containing three acres of land more
or less which we our heirs our executors and administrators will
Forever Warranty and defend hereby relinquishing all rights of dower
courtesy separate Estate Homestead and all right Whatsoever in
the above premises Witness our hands and seals this 16th day
of June 1886
