                   This Indenture made the twenty eight day of July AD
1886 Between Dr J.W. Price and Mary E. Price his wife of the first part
and A.H. Mathers Saml D. Smoke J.B. Martin A.I. Bauknight Saml L.
Smith A.J. Shuford and J.L. Patton as trustees for the M.E. Church South
in the Town of Micanopy as the second part. - Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of one Dollar
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
remised released and quit Claim and by these presents do remise release
and quit claim unto the said parties of the second part and to their
successors in office in perpetuity, All that Cirtain piece or parcel of land
in the Town of Micanopy and Known and described as lot Number
four (4) (on which the Methodist Church now stands) of Joel B. Smiths
addition to Micanopy according to Watsons survey and lot number
seventy five Voyles Survey togather with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. And also all the estate
Right title interest dower and right of dower as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above discribed
premises and every part and parcel thereof, To have and to hold all and
singular the above described premises unto the said parties of the
second part and their successors in office In trust that said
premises shall be used Kept maintained and disposed of as a
place of Devine worship for the use of the ministry and membership
of the Methodist Episcopal Church South and as a place of residence
for the use and occupancy of their preachers of the ME Church South
who may from time to time be appointed to said place; subject to the
discipline usage and ministerial appointment of said Church as from
time to time Authorized and declared by the general Conference of said
Church and the annual Conference within whose bounds the said
premises are situate. In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals on this the 28th

Alachua County   } I do certify that on this 23rd day of August
AD 1886 before me personally appeared Mrs Mary E. Price wife
of J.W. Price the grantor in the foregoing Conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me seperate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
