and power to convey all the estate right title claim interest
and demand of in and to the above described land which
the said Peninsular Railroad Company acquired therein
by virtue of said grant and that neither the said Pen-
insular Rail Road Company nor the said party of the first
part as Trustee, have done or omitted to do any act or thing
whereby or by reason of which the estate thereto so acquired
by said Railroad Company has become impaired or in
anywise diminished or encumbered
