cribed real Estate: The East one half (1/2) of the
North half (1/2) of lot No 23 which is East one
half (1/2) of North West Quarter (1/4) of South West
Quarter (1/4) Section 12 Town 9, S of R 20 East.
Situated in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this State
