the Same together with all its privileges and appurten-
ances tenements hereditaments thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining to him the said H. Magee his
heirs and assigns forever.
And the said John C. Bonde Trustee will forever war
rant and defend the title to the Same against the claims
or demands of all persons claiming by through or under
