at the meetings of the Association to be Chairman of the Board of Trustees to issue
the Certificates of Stock and to endorse with his approval all orders and vouchers on
the Treasury that may be recommended paid by the Board of trustees.
Section 8. It Shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Association to keep a
record of all business of the Association to record in due form the proceedings
of the board of Trustees to endorse the Certificates of Stock issued and to record
the date of issue the number of the same and to whom issued and to keep a
record of all transfers of Stock
Section 9. It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to accept from the secretary
the Certificates therefor, to be Custodian of all monies belonging
to the association to pay out the same on orders and vouchers Countersigned
by the President, to preserve all such orders and vouchers and to render to the
Board of Trustees a Statement in writing of the money in his hands belonging to
the association whenever such board may require the same
Section 10. It shall be the duty of the board of Trustees to Manage the business
and affairs of the Association to pass all by laws needful for the regulation
of the same to hold in trust the title to such land or other property whither
real or personal the association may be possessed of to Exercise the care
control and supervision of the same subject to the Action of the Association
by a majority vote of the shares represented at any regular or special
meeting of the Association and to cause the removal from office any
members adjudged by a majority of said board to be guilty Either of
malfeasance or nonfeasance.
Section 11. It shall be the duty of the members of the association to
attend all the meetings of the association to vote upon all questions
relative to the association and to abide such rules and regulations as
the board of trustees may Enjoin
Section 12. The regular meetings of the association shall be held at
the Building of the Association Situate on Section Number Thirty Two
in Town Nine of Range Twenty East Alachua County in the State of
Florida on the first Monday in October at the hour of Eight oclock P.M.
of said day at which time and place the officers aforesaid shall
be elected
Section 13. Special Meetings may be called from time to time by
the President as the business of the association may require
the notice of which shall be in writing and posted in at least
three the most public places and three days prior to such
meeting
Section 14 any vacancy or vacancies in the various offices herein
provided for shall be filled by an election in manner aforesaid
at any regular or special meeting of the Association called in
manner aforesaid
Section 15 The Capital Stock of the Association shall be Five
Thousand Dollars and shall be divided into Shares of Five Dollars
Each.
Section 16. The Stockholders shall be entitled one vote for
