Sixth: It is hereby agreed and covenanted that the said parties of
the second part shall have the right and privileges of receiving this lease
at the expiration of the time mentioned herein for a like length of time

State of Georgia} This Indenture made the Eleventh
Muscogee County } day of November in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty six between J.B. & Lottie
Mayes of the State of Georgia and County of Muscogee of the one
part and Mary S. Taylor of the State of Florida and County
of Alachua of the other part. Witnesseth that the said J.B. & Lottie
Mayes for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hund
red and fifty ($75000) Dollars to them in hand paid at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Mary S. Taylor her
heirs and assigns, all that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the county of Alachua State
of Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit: SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 also the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4
less 18 acres off of the south side also sixteen (16)
