and as one of the persons described in and who executed
the within Deed of conveyance did this day to me in said city
of Columbus on a private examination made separately and apart
from her said husband acknowledge and declare that she made
herself a party to and executed the same for the purposes of renouncing
and relinquishing all and every Dower and right of Dower in and
to the lands in said conveyance described and that the same
was done by her freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband the said
J.B. Mayes.
