                 This Indenture made this thirteenth day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty five by and between J.K. Hibbard of Vienna Fairfax County
Virginia of the first part and Mrs Z.A. Taylor of Palmer Alachua County
Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred
Dollars in lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyeed
