          Incorporation of Evinston

Notice,   To all the registered voters of the Town of Evinston and**anage
You are hereby notified and required to assemble on the 17th day of December
next at 10 oclock AM at the Depot within said Town for the purpose of
Selecting Officers and Organizing a municipal Government, The beginning
or centre part of said proposed incorporation to be at or near the residence
of J.L. Wolfenden and Extending thence one mile Square in all directions
and then and there to do other acts necessary for the incorporation of said
Town as required by Chapter XXXIV of the Revised Statutes of the State of
Florida  This Nov 16, 86

In accordance with the above notice an Election was held on Friday,
Dec 17th A.G. Hester, J.R. Little and David Tanner was appointed man
agers Keeping two pole list opening the poles at 10 oclock AM and
Closing at 3 oclock PM The results show twenty nine (29) votes having
been cast in favor of Corporation out of a registered vote of Forty (40)
being over two thirds required in the proposed boundary. There was
not an opposing vote cast, The name of Corporation Evinston and the
Seal adopted was an orange with the motto Peace with order & Terri
torial limits of Corporation being one mile in every direction from
the residence of J.L. Wolfenden,

W.P. Shetleworth F.B. Hester G.W. Avery Austin Ross and A.A. Louis

paid being seized in fee Simple hereby Grant Bargain Sell and
Convey with the General Covenants of Warranty unto G.D.
Younglove his heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold
in fee simple the following described Real Estate in Alachua
County Fl to wit, Lots numbered as follows - Fifteen (15)
