The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County } C.A. Butler and Mrs Butler his wife
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar to us in hand paid by Laura L. Dell of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these pres-
ents do grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto her the said
Laura L. Dell, all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit: The North West Quarter of the North East
Quarter of Section Twenty Eight (28) Township Eight (8) Range Nineteen (19) S&E
containing by estimation Forty acres of land more or less, Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the same unto her the said Laura L. Dell and to her heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns forever all and every my right title interest
claim and demand of every character whatsoever, which I have in and
to the said property and every part and parcel thereof. In Witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this 28th day
of January AD 1887
