State of Florida } Personally came before me Ida E. Burnett and
Alachua County   } Samuel J. Burnett to me well known as the grantors in the
foregoing deed who severally acknowledged that they Signed Sealed & delivered
the same for the uses and purposes therein stated. And the said Mrs Ida
E. Burnett wife of Samuel J. Burnett on an Examination made separate
and apart from her husband acknowledged in my presence that she signed
sealed & delivered the same for the purpose of conveying her seperate interest
and estate in and to the lands therein described and that such conveyance
is done freely and voluntarily and without any fear or compulsion or
constraint of or from her said husband

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents, that we Ida
Alachua County   } E. Burnett and Samuel J. Burnett of Alachua
County Florida do herein and hereby constitute and appoint
J.A. Carlisle of Alachua County Florida our true and lawful
Attorney to receive the money for and cancel the lien of a certain
Mortgage dated February 5" 1887 and signed by Charles O.
Hampton as Trustee of & for Holy Trinity Church on the following
property to wit: "All those Certain tracts or parcels of land lying
and being in Section 28 Township 9 South of Range 19 in
Alachua County Florida and more particularly described on
Map or plat of said tract on record in Clerks Office of said
County & State by lots as follows Viz: Lots one (1) Three (3) four 
(4) five (5) Six (6) seven (7) Eight (8) nine (9) ten (10) Eleven (11) twelve (12) four
teen (14) Sixteen (16) nineteen (19) twenty (20) twenty one (21) twenty two (22) 
twenty three (23) twenty four (24) twenty five (25) twenty six (26) twenty eight 
(28) twenty nine (29) thirty (30) thirty Six (36) thirty seven (37) thirty Eight (38) 
thirty nine (39) forty (40) forty one (41) forty two (42) forty three (43) fifty 
five (55) fifty Six (56) fifty Seven (57) and Sixty four (64) Containing 
360 acres of land more or less. Said Attorney being hereby author
ized to cancel the lien of said Mortgage in whole or in part
as the money is paid thereon and said Release & Cancellation
shall be as valid as if done by ourselves. Witness our
hands and seals this 9th day of February AD 1887
