ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and granted bargained sold
and conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain sell and convey
unto L.C. Doane of the County of Alachua State of Florida and his heirs
and assigns forever the following described lands to wit: The South
West quarter of the North East quarter of Section Thirty Five on Township
seven South of Range Twenty East Containing according to the United
States Surveys Forty 00/100 acres and lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida, To have and to thold the said lands unto
