supplemental thereto the claim of Prince McQueen has been established 
and duly consumated in conformity to law for the North East Quarter 
of the South West Quarter of Section ten in Township Eight South of 
Range twenty East in the district of lands subject to sale at Gainesville 
Florida containing forty acres and seven hundredths of an acre
according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land returned 
to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General, Now Know ye 
That there is therefore granted by the United States unto the said Prince 
McQueen the tract of land above described, To have and to Hold
the said tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said 
Prince McQueen and to his heirs and assigns forever: In testimony 
whereof I Ulyses S. Grant, President of the United States of America have 
caused these letters to be made Patent and the Seal of the General Land 
Office to be hereunto affixed, Given under my hand at the City of Wash-
ington the twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand

State of Florida  } This Indenture made and entered this the Fifteenth
County of Alachua } day December AD One thousand Eight hundred and
Eighty three (1883) Between Prince McQueen and his wife Daphney McQueen
of the County of Alachua Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
Sold and conveyed unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns the following described tract or parcel of land lying being
and situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit:
The North East Quarter (NE1/4) of the South West Quarter (SW1/4) Section Ten
(S10) Township Eight (T8) South of Range Twenty East (SR 20E)
Containing Forty and 7/100 acres, To have and to hold The premises
hereby Conveyed together with all the rights privileges and appur
tenances to the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever, and the said parties of the first part do hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns for them selves their heirs
