This Indenture entered into on this the Sixth day of January Eighteen
hundred and Fifty six between James B. Bailey and Mary N. Bailey
his wife of the first part & Ths W. McCaa of the second part -
Witnesseth - for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy five
Dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we have this
day bargained and sold & do by these presence bargain & Sell
the following lot or parcel of land to the said Ths W. McCaa
