Alachua County       } Hampton as Trustee of and for the Holy Trinity
Church of Gainesville Fla of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consider=
ation of the sum of One Dollar and the Cancellation of all claims against
me as Trustee and individually to me in hand paid by Ida E. Burnett of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted sold conveyed and quit claimed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto her the said
Ida E. Burnett all that certain Lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: That part of Section Twenty Eight
(28) Township Nine (9) South of Range Nineteen (19) East known and
described om plat of said Section on records in the Clerks office of Alachua
County by lots as follows viz: Lots number one (1) Three (3) Four (4)

(12) Sixteen (16) Nineteen (19) Twenty (20) Twenty One (21) Twenty Two (22)

Lots in Rutledge not Conveyed heretofore by me as Trustee for the
Holy Trinity Church, Containing by estimation three hundred and forty
acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto her the said
Ida E. Burnett and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever all and every my right title interest claim and demand
of every character whatsoever which I have in and to the said prop
erty and every part and parcel thereof. In witness whereof I have
hereunto to set my hand and affixed my seal on this 16th day of February AD 1888
