State of Florida } This Indenture made this Fourteenth day of
County of Alachua } February in the year One Thousand Eight Hund
red and Eighty Eight between S.C. Moore of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and the Board of Education
W.H. Robertson B.W. Powell James Love Henry C. Parker of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part-
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part in Consideration
of the sum of One Dollar to her in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained sold aliened remised released Conveyed
and Confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell
alien remise release Convey and Confirm unto the said parties
of the second part and to their Successors in Office forever the
following described lands to wit, One acre for the purposes
of the Public School in the Town of Sentaffy (Santa Fe)
or Orion Comprising Block Three (3) of Range Three (3)
as marked on the Plat of said Town which is recorded
in the Record office at Gainesville in Plat Book "A"
