lawfully claiming or to claim the same. And the same are now free 
Clear discharged and unincumbered of and from all former and other 
grants titles charges estates Judgements taxes assessments and encumbrances 
of every nature and Kind whatsoever. And the said Samuel Durborow 
for himself and his heirs the above described and hereby granted and 
released premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurten
ances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
against the said party of the first part and his heirs and against 
all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming 
or to Claim the same Shall and will Warrant and by these presents 
forever defend. In Testimony whereof the said party of the first part 
hath hereunto affixed his hand and seal this the day and year above written

This Indenture made on the fifth day of March AD one Thousand
Eight Hundred and Eighty Eight by and between M.A. Mitchell
of Jasper County Missouri party of the first part and J.W. Mitch
Ell of the County of Jasper in the State of Missouri party of
the Second part. Witnesseth That the said party of the first
part in Consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars
to him paid by the said party of the Second part the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged does by these presents Grant
Bargain and sell Convey and Confirm unto the said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns the following de
scribed Lots Tracts or parcels of Land lying being and
situated in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
to wit. All that part of the North West Quarter (1/4) of the
South West Quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty nine (29) Township
Eight (8) of Range Twenty Two (22) East lying South of
The Santa Fe Canal, also Known as Lot Number Six
(6) South. To have and to hold The premises aforesaid.
