and lawful authority to grant bargain sell and Convey the same in manner
and form aforesaid. And that the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns shall and may at all times hereafter peaceably and Quietly have hold
use occupy possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances, without any let suit trouble
molestation eviction or disturbance of the said party of the first part his heirs
or assigns or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim
the same. And the same are now free clear discharged and unencumbered
of and from all former and other grants titles charges estates Judgements
taxes assessments and encumbrances of every nature and Kind whatsoever
And the said Samuel Durborow for himself and his heirs the above described
and hereby granted and released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns against the said party of the first part and his heirs and against
all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim the same shall and will Warrant and by these presents forever

This Indenture made the First day of March Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred
and Eighty Eight, Between Samuel Durborow of the City of Philadelphia County
of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania (unmarried) party of the first
part and William Gann of the Town Oriole County of Lycoming and State
of Pennsylvania of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
Confirm unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all those certain Lots Tracts or Parcels of Lands Situate lying
